The dementia department provides services to people living at home throughout Hamar municipality and focuses on person-centered care. This is primarily about meeting each person with dementia as a unique individual. In person-centered care, the focus is on the person, not just the dementia. Tasks

• Provide person-centered care to people living at home
• Practical assistance and guidance to users
• Collaboration with relatives
• Maintain primary contact function
• Contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration
  
• Document in the Gerica system

Qualifications

• Norwegian authorization as a health professional
  
• Interest in the field
• Desirable with experience from home care
• You must have good presentation skills, both written and oral Norwegian
• Mastery of ICT tools, preferably experience with the Gerica system
• Driver's license class. B
• A valid police certificate according to the Health and Care Services Act § 5-4 must be presented before starting
