The dementia department provides services to people living at home throughout Hamar municipality and focuses on person-centered care. This is primarily about meeting each person with dementia as a unique individual. In person-centered care, the focus is on the person, not just the dementia. Tasks
- Provide person-centered care to people living at home
- Practical assistance and guidance to users
- Collaboration with relatives
- Maintain primary contact function
- Contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration
- Document in the Gerica system
Qualifications
- Norwegian authorization as a health professional
- Interest in the field
- Desirable with experience from home care
- You must have good presentation skills, both written and oral Norwegian
- Mastery of ICT tools, preferably experience with the Gerica system
- Driver's license class. B
- A valid police certificate according to the Health and Care Services Act § 5-4 must be presented before starting
