Are you the one?

When darkness falls and the city falls silent, there is always someone who needs you to be awake. Someone to listen. Someone who sees. Someone who is there. Maybe it's you.

We're looking for night guards who don't shy away when the night gets deep, but who stand firm when the silence is at its heaviest.

You who meet people with calm, security and care - even when the lights are out and the world is at rest.

As an on-call night substitute at Tilrettelagte tjenester (TT), you become the safe force that holds everyday life together for those who need it most. You are the presence in the corridor, the eyes that see, the voice that soothes. When others are sleeping, you are their safety.

The night can be unpredictable - but you face it with strength.

It can be quiet - but you fill it with care.

It can be long - but you know that every minute matters to someone.

You get varied tasks, support from colleagues who stand with you, and flexibility that suits students, part-time workers and those who feel at home in the rhythm of the night.

Why choose us?

  • Because you want your job to matter - really matter
  • Because you know that a steady hand can make a big difference
  • Because you want to be the light that burns when others sleep

Applications are processed on an ongoing basis, and relevant candidates are contacted. Certificates and diplomas are registered electronically or brought to an interview.

Are you ready to be the one who guards the night? The one who stands there when all is silent? Then we'd like to meet you.

Apply today - and become the strength in the darkness of the night.
