We are looking for committed and caring healthcare professionals for three permanent night shift positions. With us, you will play an important role in creating security, calm and good care when the rest of the world is asleep.

As an awake night watchman, you are a key person who contributes to the users' safety and well-being throughout the night. You handle both planned tasks and unforeseen situations with calm, professional confidence and care. The position offers good opportunities to use your expertise in a meaningful and important way.

About the service
Tilrettelagte tjenester (TT) consists of residential communities organized as self-directed work teams. We work purposefully to give our users a meaningful everyday life, ensure good participation and continuously develop professional quality in our services.

Working hours
We have a rotation with 11-hour shifts and work every third weekend.

Tasks

  • Practical assistance and guidance to users
  • Targeted environmental work
  • Responsibility for medication management
  • Contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration in a hectic everyday life
  • Guidance to colleagues
  • Documentation in the professional system Gerica

Qualifications

  • Authorized health professional
  • Desirable with experience from working with people with disabilities
  • Knowledge and experience with targeted environmental work
  • Have good knowledge of challenging behavior
  • Knowledge of TKH, and be able to use this
  • Knowledge of the Health and Care Services Act chap. 9 (coercion and force) and other relevant legislation
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Experience and interest in guiding other colleagues in professional challenges
  • Experience with next of kin work
  • Experience from and/or knowledge of the municipal health service
  • Knowledge of welfare technology
  • Work and residence permit
  • Good ICT knowledge, preferably experience with the professional systems Gerica and EQS
  • Driver's license class B is required to take up the position
  • The work can be mentally and physically demanding, and requires good physical health

  • Salary according to central and local agreements
  • Hamar municipality is an IA company and prioritizes in-house rehabilitation work
  • Reservations are made for internal redeployment due to rehabilitation work and redundancy
  • For positions where a driving license is required, this must be presented prior to employment
