Solhellinga 10 is a 24-hour residence for people with mental health and substance abuse challenges. There is a wide range of challenges, which requires the staff to be flexible and solution-oriented. We work with everything from establishing good routines in everyday life to learning to cope with the challenges the disease brings in life.
We want a professionally focused, forward-looking employee who wants to help develop the services in the future.
About the home
Solhellinga 10 is a staffed home over two floors with a total of 12 apartments. The home has a communal living room with kitchen, as well as staff rooms and offices.
Target group
The home is designed for people with severe mental illnesses that result in functional impairment and reduced ability to live.
Term of occupancy
A lease is entered into for 1-3 years. In addition, the resident has a decision on health care from the home's staff, and cooperation is required in order to make use of the accommodation and services. The length of stay can be extended or shortened based on need and the effect of assistance measures.
Purpose
Solhellinga 10 is primarily a transitional home. The aim is to establish a stable everyday life that enables the tenant to master their own life over time, or clarify the need for care housing, institution or permanent staffed housing.
The housing must offer a safe home and support for remedial training, motivation and activation. The aim is to strengthen the tenant's ability to master everyday life and deal with challenges. This means that the tenant and staff work together towards goals and sub-goals that promote functional level, living ability, life mastery and quality of life.
