On department B, no day is the same! We have 24 places for patients on short-term/rehabilitation stays. Emphasis is placed on interdisciplinary collaboration, where the user is at the center and the goal is return to home. We have a high level of professional expertise, our own specialist nurse in the department and work extensively with mapping and assessments. The interdisciplinary team consists of doctors, nurses, health professionals, physiotherapists and occupational therapists. We work closely with service coordinators, the allocation unit and home care services. We hold weekly board meetings and interdisciplinary meetings. Most patients come from the hospital and need further treatment and/or rehabilitation with us.

Hamar municipality has its own pay scale for nurses, social care nurses and 3-year nurses with requirements for further specialization that gives NOK.

Duties

  • Practice and document nursing care in line with current requirements.
  • Contribute with innovation, development and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Supervise, teach and collaborate with users, relatives, colleagues and students
  • Collaborate with other professions in our interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

  • Norwegian authorization as a nurse/specialist nurse
  • Desirable with further education in rehabilitation or other relevant further education
  • Good presentation skills, both written and oral Norwegian. Passed B2.
  • Good ICT knowledge
  • Valid work and residence permit
