Hamar municipality is now looking for a person with solid expertise who is motivated by facilitating to contribute to the development of Hamar city.

As a project coordinator, you will be responsible for following up and coordinating development agreements within municipal engineering and will be a key resource in the work of developing the municipality's major development areas. You will have an important interdisciplinary role where cooperation with various professional environments, authorities and developers is central.

Tasks

• Follow-up and coordination of major development areas in the municipality, including contributing as the municipality's municipal technical resource in these processes
• Follow-up of what is happening in e.g. Strandsonen, Stafsberg and the like.
• Responsibility for the development and approval of technical plans
• Interaction with external authorities and stakeholders
• Internal interdisciplinary collaboration with land use planning, construction, surveying and urban environment
• Project inspection, road and construction implementation

Qualifications

• We are looking for you with a higher technical education from a university or college in a relevant subject area
• If you have a technical college and extensive relevant experience, this can compensate for the higher education requirement
• You have a solid technical background, a few years of experience in relevant disciplines
• We are looking for a colleague who is familiar with the use of new technology and digital work tools, and who has good written and oral presentation skills in Norwegian. B
