
Hamar Municipality is now looking for a service-minded and solution-oriented advisor for its procurement department—a key role in supporting the municipality’s growth through effective and forward-looking procurement!
You’ll be part of a dynamic and specialized team that works every day to make a difference in the municipality. With procurement totaling several billion kroner over the next four years, you’ll play a central role in securing favorable contracts and sustainable solutions for both Hamar and its partner municipalities. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects across the entire spectrum of our operations, influence how we approach the green transition, innovation, and social responsibility, and help ensure that the people of the Hamar region get the most value for their tax dollars.
Your main responsibilities:

You are an independent and meticulous advisor with a well-organized and analytical approach to your tasks. You enjoy collaborating, have a positive attitude, and take the initiative to improve processes. Furthermore, you are comfortable leading processes and meetings.
