Hamar Municipality is now looking for a service-minded and solution-oriented advisor for its procurement department—a key role in supporting the municipality’s growth through effective and forward-looking procurement!

With procurement totaling several billion kroner over the next four years, you’ll play a central role in securing favorable contracts and sustainable solutions for both Hamar and its partner municipalities. - Conduct procurements in accordance with the Public Procurement Act and regulations
- Conduct analyses and help realize benefits
- Process and meeting management
- Mentoring and training tasks
- Development tasks within the procurement area
- Assist with contract management and supplier development
- Digitization tasks within the procurement field

Our new consultant has the following qualifications:
- Expertise in procurement and/or purchasing. Relevant education from a college or university. Practical experience may compensate for the educational requirement.
- Good ICT skills, particularly in Excel, system administration, and user management.
- Good written and oral communication skills in Norwegian.
- Experience with relevant platforms, such as KGV/KAV systems and e-commerce from Agresso/Visma, is desirable.
- Experience and expertise in public procurement regulations are desirable.
- Experience in contract management is desirable.
- Experience in project and process management is desirable.
