We need to strengthen the team around the students, and want a dedicated professional or environmental therapist. You must enjoy being with young people who, for various reasons, need extra support and guidance in their everyday lives. You must feel that you have a lot to give that can help students have good coping experiences and develop. We have a particular focus on inclusive learning environments and collaborative teaching, and have ambitions to provide our students with high-quality academic and social learning. Your background can be many things, but we want you to have some expertise in health and social care or pedagogy. However, the most important thing is that you are personally suited to the job and want to make a difference. Experience from similar work is preferable.

The position mainly follows the school timetable, but some of the position may be added to the school holidays.

Work tasks

- Support and guide students in everyday school life

- Contribute to the students' social and academic development, in collaboration with educators and skilled workers

- Perform work tasks in accordance with the different students' needs, both in individual sessions and with groups of students

- Plan and carry out activities with students, both during school hours and when supervised

- Assist students in daily tasks

Qualifications

- Health and social care, education or other relevant education at the level of skilled worker or college. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal qualifications.

- Excellent command of spoken and written Norwegian

- Good digital skills

- Experience from similar work
