Ajer ungdomsskole is one of three secondary schools in Hamar municipality. We have about 360 pupils and about 40 employees. The school is team-based with two teams per grade. Within the team, all employees have a shared responsibility for the pupils, and the team members are mutually dependent on each other in their everyday work. In addition, we have a strong working community, with several professional groups working "together about" and "together with" the pupils. At Ajer, you are expected to contribute in collaboration.

- Plan and lead the students' learning
- Take responsibility and help create a safe and inclusive school environment for all students at the school
- Participate actively in professional teamwork in teams of 5-6 members

Qualifications
- Approved teaching competence for lower secondary school
- Desirable with teaching competence in at least three subjects
- Arts and crafts are required, woodwork, but also a need for more subjects
- If you are an applicant from a country outside Scandinavia, you must have passed the Norwegian test B2 in writing and orally
- Valid police certificate upon appointment
