Lovisenberg Preschool has a vacancy for a 100% temporary position as a preschool teacher for the period from the date of this posting until June 30, 2027.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, document, and evaluate the educational work in the department
• Create a safe and stimulating play and learning environment
• Actively participate in play and activities with the children
• Contribute to the development and training of the staff in the department
• Contribute to development work at the department and preschool levels
• Ensure that general educational needs are met in the department
• Collaborate with other agencies as needed
• Develop strong partnerships with parents
• Contribute to creating a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Approved education as a preschool teacher
• For applicants with relevant education from countries other than Norway, approval of the education from the Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training is required.
• Strong proficiency in digital tools
• Good command of Norwegian, both written and spoken (minimum Norwegian proficiency test, Level B)
