Are you the one?

Klukstuen Care Center consists of nursing homes and care homes with adapted places for people with dementia and who need full-time care, supervision and care. There are 30 nursing home places divided into 2 departments. We are now looking for a unit manager for department 1. The nursing home is categorized as a sheltered unit and is considered the highest level of care for people with various dementias and special needs for adapted services. Each department is functionally divided according to the patient's need for services and has its individual staff group, but the staff collaborate across the departments.

We are looking for you who want to be part of leading an exciting department in constant development for the benefit of our patients, relatives and employees.

Interviews are scheduled for 22.06 and / or 29.06.


Duties

  • Responsibility for management of personnel, finances and subjects in the department
  • Ensure that the service is provided in accordance with quality requirements and legislation
  • Turnus planning, resource management and full-time culture
  • Facilitate and further develop a good working environment with empowered employees
  • Be an active contributor in the service's management team
  • Be a good partner both internally and externally

Qualifications

  • Authorized nurse/nurse. Applicants with other relevant bachelor's degrees in health-related fields may be considered.
  • You have management experience and it will be an advantage with management training
  • Desirable with experience from elderly care and / or dementia
  • You must have good presentation skills, both written and oral Norwegian
  • Valid work and residence permit
  • Master relevant ICT tools and interest in welfare technology
  • A police certificate is required for everyone who provides services under the Health and Care Services Act § 5-4.
