We need a committed and skilled professional developer with good knowledge of public health services. The position is part of the staff and support functions in the service, and as a professional developer you will have a central role in developing and implementing professional guidelines and procedures, as well as contributing to skills development among our employees. You will work closely with management and other employees to ensure the high quality of the services we offer our residents.
As a professional developer, you will work both strategically and practically, in a service that is facing increasing complexity, changing user needs and scarce resources. The position requires professional confidence, implementation power and the ability to balance requirements for professional soundness with the need for prioritization and restructuring.
Tasks
- Have an overview of and insight into the municipality's offerings.
- Develop and implement professional guidelines and procedures

Qualifications
- Minimum 3-year college education in health
- Experience from home care or similar services

- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Good IT skills
- Good understanding of the municipal health service and its mission
