Hedmarken Emergency Medical Service is looking for someone who is interested in emergency medicine, is confident, decisive, and enjoys a workday filled with many different challenges. We are an intermunicipal emergency medical service for Hamar, Stange, Løten, and the southern part of Ringsaker, serving a population of approximately 90,000 residents. Over the course of a year, we conduct approximately 22,000 consultations, the emergency medical service dispatch center handles about 50,000 phone calls, and the emergency medical service vehicle makes approximately 3,000 house calls and emergency responses. We are currently located in temporary facilities in Ottestad and will eventually move into new facilities.
With us, you’ll be part of a large team where you’ll work alongside skilled and experienced colleagues.
The positions involve a 3-shift rotation with long shifts every 4th weekend.
Hamar Municipality has its own pay scale for nurses, social care workers, and those with three years of experience who meet requirements for further specialization, which provides an additional NOK 35,000 above the guaranteed salary under the main collective bargaining agreement.
