Services for the homebound, Dementia Zone 1 has two vacancies in maternity cover for nurses. The zone offers home-based services in the field of dementia.

Hamar municipality has its own salary ladder for nurses, social nurses and 3-year with requirements for further specialization that gives NOK. 35,000 above the guaranteed salary in the main collective agreement.


Tasks

  • Daily follow-up of users
  • Provide health care to users in line with current requirements
  • Supervise, teach and inform users, relatives, colleagues and students
  • Contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Assume the role of primary contact
  • Document in the Gerica system

Qualifications

  • Norwegian authorization as a nurse
  • Knowledge of and interest in the field of dementia is desirable
  • You must have good presentation skills, both written and oral Norwegian
  • Valid work and residence permit
  • Mastery of ICT tools, preferably experience with the professional systems Gerica and GAT
  • Experience from home care is an advantage
  • Driver's license class B is required to take up the position
  • A police certificate is required for everyone who provides services under the Health and Care Services Act §5-4. The certificate must be presented before taking up the position.
