Hamar municipality has its own salary ladder for nurses, social nurses and 3-year with requirements for further specialization that gives NOK. 35,000 above the guaranteed salary in the main collective agreement.
Tasks
- Daily follow-up of users
- Provide health care to users in line with current requirements
- Supervise, teach and inform users, relatives, colleagues and students
- Contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration
- Assume the role of primary contact
- Document in the Gerica system
Qualifications
- Norwegian authorization as a nurse
- Knowledge of and interest in the field of dementia is desirable
- You must have good presentation skills, both written and oral Norwegian
- Valid work and residence permit
- Mastery of ICT tools, preferably experience with the professional systems Gerica and GAT
- Experience from home care is an advantage
- Driver's license class B is required to take up the position
- A police certificate is required for everyone who provides services under the Health and Care Services Act §5-4. The certificate must be presented before taking up the position.
