Now we are looking for an assistant nurse who wants to become part of the occupational health at Hermelinen.

With us, you work in a committed team together with company nurses, coordinator, company doctors, behavioral scientists, organizational consultants and physiotherapists. You have an important role in the daily work and contribute to the high quality of our efforts - both on the customer's premises and in our premises.

About the role

As an assistant nurse with us, you work independently on several of our recurring assignments, while being a natural part of the team. The work is practical, structured and customer-oriented.

Your work tasks include:

• Sampling
• Conducting medical checks
• Alcohol and drug testing in working life
• Preparation and preparation for reception
• Some administration and documentation in medical record systems
• Service and support for colleagues in daily work

There is also the opportunity to hold training, for example CPR, depending on your skills and experience.

The work takes place both at the reception and at the customer, which means that travel in the service occurs.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are trained as a nurse and who enjoy working in a structured and independent way. You take your own initiative, see what needs to be done and contribute to the work flowing smoothly - both for colleagues and customers.

You are confident in meeting people, professional in your approach and easy to build trust. At the same time, you are flexible and enjoy variation in the working day.

We would like you to:

• Be thorough and quality conscious
• Have good digital skills and feel comfortable with documentation
• Communicate clearly in Swedish and have basic knowledge of English
• Have a B driving license (work on customer sites occurs)

It is a merit if you have experience of occupational health care, sampling in working life or holding CPR training.
