We are currently seeking candidates with relevant education and experience in psychotherapy, CBT, or other psychosocial treatment to join our health centers in Luleå and Sävast.
With us, you’ll have a varied role where you’ll work closely with patients—both individually and in groups—while also having the opportunity to help shape psychosocial care and the future of primary care alongside a dedicated team.
Hermelinen provides primary care within the Norrbotten healthcare choice system, offering general practice, pediatric and maternal care centers, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. We are part of a joint on-call service with the region and other private primary care providers.
With us, you’ll meet patients with a variety of primary care needs. You will be responsible for assessment, treatment, and counseling, both independently and in close collaboration with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. The work may involve both individual patient appointments and group sessions.

We’re looking for someone with relevant education and experience in psychotherapy, CBT, or other psychosocial treatment modalities. For example, you may be a licensed psychologist, psychotherapist, or have other relevant expertise in talk therapy. Experience in primary care or other outpatient settings is a plus. You have a genuine commitment to people, are confident in your professional role, and enjoy collaborating across professional boundaries.
