Job description
You will play an important role in building our finance department. Examples of your main responsibilities and duties include:
- Payables and receivables accounting
- Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
- VAT
- Participate in monthly and annual financial statements
- Develop and refine procedures and processes for the finance function
- Participate in the implementation of our SAP and Flex HRM IT systems
- Administer time and expense reports
Qualifications:
- Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Post-secondary education in finance
- At least one year of work experience with similar tasks
- Experience in developing procedures and documentation
- Very good knowledge of Excel and the Office package

The position is a full-time position with an initial probationary period of six months. The workplace is located in Länna industrial area south of Stockholm.
