Job description

In the role of Site Manager at Hypex Bio's factory in Kankberg, you work to manage, motivate and support your employees to ensure that production, work environment and logistics work optimally. Examples of your main responsibilities and tasks include:

  • Personnel and budget responsibility

  • Ensure production and maintenance according to established routines

  • Our project representative in the collaboration with Boliden

  • Continuous development of routines and working methods

  • Support production when needed

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years management experience

  • Very good knowledge of Excel and the Office package

  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

  • Good English in speech and writing

  • B driving license

Additional:

  • Technical education

  • Experience in manufacturing or mining industry

  • Experience in project management

  • Experience in working with ERP systems

  • Experience in ISO 9001 or similar standard

Other information

The position is a full-time position with an initial probationary period of six months. The workplace is Hypex Bio's facility next to the Kankberg mine in Boliden.
