
Do you want to help develop the study administration solutions of the future at the University of Inland Norway? We are looking for someone who wants to actively contribute to strengthening and modernizing our work at the intersection of study administration, regulations and technology.
The Section for Student Administrative Services (SAFT) is part of the university's study department. The section is responsible for managing study administration systems and regulations, and works closely with the faculties and other departments in the university administration. We are a key player in the development of work processes and regulations within study administration, and face exciting development tasks related to process improvement, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and robotization. As an advisor at SAFT, you will have a combination of operational and development tasks. You will have a varied, challenging and development-oriented working day.
SAFT is located and has meetings at both Elverum and Lillehammer, and the person hired must expect some travel between the campuses. The place of work will be Lillehammer or Elverum by agreement.
- management and participation in projects within service development, standardization, robotization and the use of AI.
- management of the university's study administration systems in collaboration with our IT department and our suppliers.
- deputy responsibility for the FS coordinator (Common Student System).
- quality assurance, maintenance and reporting of data.
- development, maintenance and updating of guidelines, routines and user guides in the field of study administration.
- training, user support and guidance for employees at the university.
- case management of internal and external inquiries.
- participation in cooperation forums both internally and at sector level to contribute to the development of the field of study administration.
Other tasks may be added to the position as needed.
