About Innlandstrafikk

The Innlandstrafikk section in the Transportation Department is Innlandet County Council's competence environment for mobility and public transport. The section plans, orders and develops safe, efficient and user-friendly public transport services for the entire county. The work includes route planning, analyses, school transport, tender and contract management, operation and quality assurance of the services, as well as the development of new mobility and digitalization solutions. Innlandstrafikk is based in Lillehammer and Folldal and works to create a modern, sustainable and future-oriented public transport service for the inhabitants of Innlandet.

About the position With targeted communication, we can help influence how people travel in everyday life. Innlandstrafikk develops and manages public transport and mobility services in Inland Norway. We are now establishing a new unit - Mobility Development - which will drive innovation, digital development and service design, and be responsible for marketing communication. As an advisor in marketing communication, you will work both strategically and operationally to strengthen the brand, build reputation and help shape the future of mobility in Inland Norway. We are looking for someone who:
  • have good writing skills and enjoy developing and creating content for different channels
  • want to make it easier for more people to opt out of the car in favor of other mobility services
  • are structured, independent and comfortable handling multiple tasks at the same time
  • is passionate about creating good relationships and achieving results together with others

Main tasks

  • contribute to strengthening the Innlandstrafikk brand through clear and targeted content in all our channels (website, intranet, social media, media)
  • be responsible for communication work related to new mobility projects, such as carpooling and Green Job Travel
  • assist with content for planning work, reports and political issues

Qualification requirements

  • Higher education, preferably at master's level, preferably in communication, marketing or equivalent
  • good written and oral presentation skills
  • relevant experience can compensate for formal education

Desired qualifications

  • experience from communication work
  • experience from project work and/or project management is an advantage
