Gjøvik High School has a 55% temporary teaching position available in the program subject “Sales, Service, and Tourism” starting October 12, 2026.

About the Position

Job Responsibilities

• teaching relevant subjects—communication and marketing (VG2), culture and interaction (VG1)

Qualification Requirements

• formally approved teaching certification in the relevant subjects
• PPU/teacher education

Desired qualifications

• expertise in the pedagogical use of ICT
• teaching experience in upper secondary education
• Proficiency in various teaching methods and learning environments
• Ability to differentiate instruction
• The necessary didactic, interpersonal, and pedagogical skills to meet the needs of all types of students
