Hadeland Upper Secondary School has a vacant 100% permanent position as environmental coordinator / supervisor in the Student Service from 01.08.26

About the position

  • 100% permanent position available from 01.08.2026
  • The place of work is Hadeland Upper Secondary School in the Pupil Services Department
  • The person appointed to the position will be placed in a position code depending on the requirements for the position, education and experience. legal and contractual requirements

Tasks

  • Be a safe, visible adult in the school environment
  • Operate and carry out environment-creating well-being activities for the students, in collaboration with the pupils themselves
  • Collaborate with and support the student council in their work
  • Participate in planning and implementing measures to prevent absenteeism and increase the pupils' sense of belonging at school
  • Collaborate with teachers, counsellors and managers, be part of the school's IKO follow-up
  • Participate in mapping and analysing challenges in the learning environment, including investigating and following up chap.12-cases
  • Experience with substance abuse prevention work and follow-up of substance abuse issues. Preferably familiarization training (KORUS) or desire and ability to take this.
  • Be the contact person for the graduation ceremony and collaborate with the graduating students and other partners on this.
  • Participate in the follow-up of individual students
  • Other tasks can be added to the position as needed

Qualification requirements

  • Education at minimum bachelor'slevel in pedagogy and/or social work

Desired qualifications

  • Education at a minimum of bachelor's level
  • High relational skills
  • Experience from working with youth, preferably in secondary school and/or upper secondary school
  • Good communication skills both orally and in writing and the ability to communicate well with people of different ages and backgrounds
  • Personal suitability is given great weight, including the ability to build safe relationships, be a safe adult in a school environment and be able to complement the school's student service with their expertise
