The HR and Digitalization Section at Innlandet County Council has a temporary opening for an HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor. For this position, we are looking for someone with an interest in labor law issues and a strong knowledge of the laws and agreements applicable to the municipal sector. This is a professionally challenging and exciting position in a large organization with an important public mission.
About the Unit
The HR and Digitalization Section has 30 employees working across the entire field of human resources. The section provides services to the entire organization and plays a central role in managing and developing the employer’s responsibilities. It handles both operational and strategic tasks, where the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and develop comprehensive solutions for the organization is essential.
We are looking for someone who
We are looking for someone with a high level of expertise in the laws and collective bargaining agreements applicable to the municipal sector. Ideally, you have knowledge of labor law and/or collective bargaining agreements, and you have a strong understanding of the employer’s role. You will play a key role in ensuring quality and structure in the organization’s handling of labor law issues, and you will help us interpret and implement key provisions in our day-to-day operations.
You have a strong ability to see the big picture within an organization, and you have a keen eye for how we can further develop our HR-related work processes, procedures, and tools.

About the Position
This is a temporary position to cover for one of our employees who is on parental leave. We place great emphasis on the ability to start as soon as possible. The temporary position will last until September 30, 2027.
