Career Innlandet Hadeland has a vacancy for a temporary teacher in a 100% position in common subjects, Norwegian according to the ordinary curriculum and Norwegian for minority languages. At Karriere Innlandet, you will teach adult participants over the age of 19 in the subject of Norwegian.

- Has formal teaching skills in Norwegian.
- Has completed practical pedagogical education.
- Has experience in teaching multilingual participants, preferably both young people and adults.
- Has good relationship skills and the ability to guide and motivate our participants.
- Ability to see the individual participant and show flexibility in the training.
- Reflects on own practice.
- Personal suitability will be emphasized.

About the position
- 100% teaching position at an upper secondary school for adult participants over the age of 19.
- The position is a temporary position lasting from August 01, 2026 to July 31, 2027.
- The position is temporary from 01 August 2026 to 31 July 2027.
- The place of work is Karriere Innlandet Hadeland, located at Hadeland Upper Secondary School.
- Teaching one evening a week until 21.00.
- Position code depending on education and experience, cf. laws and agreements.
Tasks
- Teach adults at upper secondary level.
- Facilitate good and flexible training courses.
- Involve participants in learning and assessment work.
- Give participants feedback that promotes learning.
- Participation in various projects at the career center.
- Be a contributor in the subject team, department and in joint collaboration arenas.
Qualification requirements
- Approved education in the subject Norwegian.
- Completed practical-pedagogical education.
Desired qualifications
- Has previous experience of working with children, young people and/or adults.
- Is flexible in the face of various challenges.
- Is good at creating relationships with participants and colleagues.
- Has good digital skills.
- Demonstrates communication and classroom management skills.
- Is a clear adult who sets limits and provides structure for the participants.
- Has positive expectations of the participants and appears as a good role model.
- Has good collaboration skills.
