In Sør-Østerdal, we work closely with adult participants and partners in the region to ensure relevant expertise, good vocational training and safe transitions into working life. We are looking for you who
- have teaching skills in health and childcare subjects, primarily within VG3 Health Secretary. But depending on your expertise, you will be able to teach modularized health worker subjects, VG1 Health and Upbringing subjects or VG2 Health Service subjects.
- have experience of training adults and multilingual adult participants, preferably at upper secondary level
- have good relationship skills and the ability to guide and motivate participants
- are flexible and have good collaboration skills, are able to see the individual participant and show flexibility in teaching

- some work and teaching in the evenings must be expected
Tasks
- teach adults at upper secondary level in the program subject health and upbringing, ordinary and modulated
- work as a subject consultant related to prior learning assessments in health subjects
- involve participants in learning and assessment work
- facilitate good and flexible training courses
- be able to give participants learning-promoting feedback
- participation in various projects at the career center
- be a contributor in subject teams, department and in joint collaboration arenas
Qualification requirements
- you have education and work experience in relevant subject areas
- have approved pedagogical education or are willing to take pedagogical education
- you have good digital skills and are motivated to use different software
- you have good communication and classroom management skills
- you are clear and responsible, and you are passionate about the subjects you teach
- you have the ability to create good relationships with participants and colleagues
- you are development-oriented, flexible and willing to change
