You must also have the opportunity to be a subject consultant and calculate work with modularized training methods, cf. the new Education Act. Other subject combinations are also interesting. Career Innlandet is the county council's regional competence environment in career guidance and training for adults. • has teaching expertise in mathematics (1 P, 2 P, 1 P-Y, 2 P-Y)
• has experience in teaching adults and multilingual adult participants, preferably at upper secondary level

• are able to see the individual participant and show flexibility in teaching

Tasks

• teach adults at upper secondary level in common subjects
• work as a subject consultant related to prior learning assessments in mathematics and possibly other sciences
• facilitate good and flexible training courses
• involve participants in learning and assessment work
• be able to give participants learning-promoting feedback
• participate in various projects at the career center
• be a contributor in subject teams, department and in joint collaboration arenas

Qualification requirements

• you have an approved pedagogical education, with mathematics as a specialization
• or: you are training as a teacher in mathematics
• you have good digital skills and are motivated to use different software
• you have good communication and classroom management skills
• you are a clear and responsible teacher and you are passionate about the subjects you teach
• you have the ability to create good relationships with participants and colleagues
• you are development-oriented, flexible and willing to change
