Lena-Valle High School has an opening for a temporary teaching position (up to 100%) in the Agricultural and Technical Studies program, starting August 1, 2026

  • has teaching qualifications in core program subjects in Natural Resources—specifically in agriculture and agricultural technology—and core program subjects in Technology and Industrial Studies

About the position

  • up to 100% temporary position from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027
  • teaching at the VG1 level in program subjects in Natural Resource Management and in program subjects in Technology and Industrial Studies
  • Work location: Lena-Valle
  • The successful candidate will be assigned a position code based on the requirements of the position, education, and experience, in accordance with applicable laws and agreements

Qualification Requirements

  • Possesses teaching qualifications in core program subjects in Natural Resources and Technology and Industrial Studies, or is currently pursuing such qualifications
  • Has relevant professional experience
  • Other relevant professional experience will also be considered
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Good collaboration skills, both with students and colleagues
