Lena-Valle High School has an opening for a permanent teaching position (up to 100%) in Agricultural Science, starting November 26, 2026

About the Position

  • up to a 100% permanent teaching position available starting November 26, 2026 (or earlier)
  • teaching of program subjects at the Vg1, Vg2, and Vg3 levels and in the Adult Agronomy program in Natural Resource Management
  • instruction takes place in classes and groups, and the number of hours per week will vary throughout the year

Qualification Requirements

  • Teaching certification in core program subjects in Natural Resources, or currently pursuing such certification
  • Relevant teaching experience
  • Other relevant professional experience will also be considered
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Good collaboration skills, both with students and colleagues
