Lena-Valle upper secondary school has vacancies for up to two 100% positions as student counselors from 1.August 2026

About the position

• up to two 100% temporary positions as student supervisor from 01.08.2026 to 31.07.2027
• workplace Lena-Valle
• follows the student's school year (89% salary)

Tasks

• follow-up of students with challenges of various kinds in ordinary groups and/or adapted groups/measures
• follow-up of minority language students
• cooperation with subject teacher/contact teacher
• participation in project for students with disruptive behavior

Qualifications

• inclusive student view
• clear and confident adult person, with experience of working with young people
• ability to stand in challenging situations over time
• confidence in one's own role and feelings in the face of students
• good relationship skills
• good collaboration skills, and thrive on working in teams
• desirable, but not a requirement with a professional certificate as a child and youth worker. Relevant experience from working with youth can be compensated for this
