We are seeking a dentist for a full-time (100%) position at Lillehammer Dental Clinic to help develop the dental health services in Innlandet County. Lillehammer Dental Clinic is a clinic consisting of 11 dentists, 3 dental hygienists, and 12 dental secretaries/assistants. Lillehammer Dental Clinic has a TOO team affiliated with the clinic.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a Norwegian license to practice as a dentist or are final-year students (provided you have passed your exams and obtained a valid Norwegian license to practice as a dentist by the start date).
  • Norwegian language skills equivalent to B2 level, both oral and written
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Patient-centered approach.
  • Works well with others and can work independently.
  • Is a good colleague who will contribute to development.

About the employer

Innlandet County Council is responsible for public dental health services in the county. We also treat adult, fee-paying patients.

The dental health service in Innlandet County Council has over 300 positions, distributed across 39 dental clinics in six districts. The County Dental Officer heads the entire service, and each district is led by its own Chief Dental Officer. The administration is based at the county office in Hamar.
