Lillehammer videregående skole, avd. Nord has a vacancy for a 100% year-long temporary position in technology and industrial subjects from August 1, 2026. August 2026

We are looking for you who

• have documented up-to-date expertise in the subject of technology and industrial subjects
• puts students' learning and learning environment at the center, and who sees the positive in working in a vibrant and complex student environment
• willingness to take part in development work, and work towards the pupils' and the school's goals
• good collaboration and communication skills

About the position

Tasks

• teaching in the field of technology and industrial subjects
• participation in professionally relevant networks
• contact teacher function and other functions related to teaching must be calculated

Desired qualifications

• we are preferably looking for you who have documented completed vocational teacher education in the field of technology and industrial subjects. All subjects within the TIF area may be relevant
• relevant professional background in relevant subjects/and or in combination with other subjects can compensate for educational requirements, with the requirement that the candidate acquires the requirement for competence
• teaching skills are an advantage, but not a prerequisite
• versatile technical background from industry, repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment
• some knowledge of 3D modeling, robotics is an advantage, but not a prerequisite

• have good communication skills and academic weight
• ability to plan, implement and evaluate teaching so that it leads to learning for all students
• have the ability to create and develop good relationships
• good knowledge of HSE, ergonomics and waste management
• good ethical and moral attitudes
• good relationship skills and good at communication
