Innlandet County Municipality has a 50% permanent position available as a cleaner in the Cleaning Section of the Real Estate Department, with a start date to be agreed upon. The work location is the Sør-Odal Dental Clinic and the Nord-Odal Dental Clinic.

About the Unit

Innlandet County has a centralized property management system. The Real Estate Department is responsible for ownership, management, cleaning, operation, and maintenance of the county council’s building stock of approximately 400,000 m2, the majority of which consists of high schools.

The Cleaning Section consists of area managers, a cleaning consultant, lead cleaners, and cleaners, for a total of approximately 200 employees.

About the Position

• 50% permanent position

• working hours: 7:00 a.m.–10:45 a.m.

Job Responsibilities

• Professional daily cleaning at the dental clinics in accordance with NS-INSTA 800 at both clinics
• Periodic cleaning

Qualifications

• Class B driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle

Desired Qualifications

• Vocational certificate or willingness to begin training for a vocational certificate within the first 12 months
• Relevant experience in modern, professional cleaning using machinery
• Good spoken Norwegian skills
