About the unit

Eiendom consists of four sections: development, operation and maintenance, management and cleaning. The operations and maintenance section is currently responsible for technical operations and service tasks in the county's real estate, mainly in upper secondary schools and dental clinics. The section is divided into 6 areas, with their own area managers with personnel and budget responsibility. In addition, the section has a technical advisor and a consultant FDV. The section is led by the section manager.

About the position

• 100% permanent position.

• Place of work is Lena-Valle vgs. Work at other locations may occur.
• The appointee will be part of a team in the property department that is responsible for Gjøvik vgs, Fagskolen Innlandet, Raufoss vgs, Lena-Valle vgs, Hadeland vgs and some smaller county buildings in the area.
• The person appointed to the position will be placed in a position code depending on education and experience, cf. laws and agreements.

Tasks

• Maintain and further develop the professional environment
• Follow-up of service agreements and mandatory annual inspections
• Technical operation, maintenance planning, fire documentation, condition mapping, maintenance planning and energy follow-up EOS system and SD systems.
• Use digital solutions within the unit's and section's work areas.
• Contribute to developing good and effective cooperation within the property department, and external actors.
• Ongoing operation and maintenance of the interior and exterior of the building stock
• Service and support services to the county council's users
• Other tasks may be assigned to the position

Qualification requirements

• Relevant education with a minimum certificate as a building operator, automation, electrician, plumber and or technical vocational school within FDV.
• Driver's license class B

Desired qualifications

• Good Norwegian oral and written communication skills
• Desirable with experience from value-preserving maintenance and technical operation of the building stock
• Desirable that you have experience with digital work tools, FDV system.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, construction and SD systems is desirable
• If you have extensive and relevant experience in the relevant disciplines and good personal qualifications for the position, we can disregard the educational requirement.
