About the position
- 70% permanent position from 1.August 2026 or by agreement
- Part of the school's administration
- Place of work Stange Upper Secondary School
- The successful candidate will be placed in a position code depending on the requirements for the position, education and experience, cf. law and agreements
Tasks
- Production and quality assurance of subject documentation
- Management and quality assurance of student documentation and reporting
- Planning and implementation of exams
- Responsibility for the school's administration system (InSchool)
- Case management in accordance with applicable regulations
- Development and revision of routines and documents
- Contribute to the administration's daily operations
- The school's privacy coordinator
- The school's environmental lighthouse manager
- Administrative support for the school's management team
- Other administrative tasks may be assigned to the position as needed
Qualifications
- Relevant education in administration
- Relevant experience
- Good digital competence
- Very good written and oral communication skills
