The Property Department has a vacancy for a 100% position as a technical draftsman from 1 June 2026.
About the unit
Inland County Council has centralized property management. The property department is responsible for ownership, management, operation and maintenance of the county's owned building stock of approx. 400,000 m2, where the majority of the building stock is upper secondary schools. In addition, the county leases a lot of space and has approx. 200 contracts for renting and leasing.
The property department is in the process of building up 3D models of Innlandet County Council's owned building stock. We are announcing a 2-year commitment with the possibility of extension. We are looking for you who want to contribute to this work. To succeed in the role, you must be structured, independent and work well with others.
