Trysil Upper Secondary School has a vacancy for a 50% special education teacher from August 1, 2026.August 2026

About the position

• 50% one-year commitment, from 01.08.2026
• you will be part of the school's individually adapted department ("Basen")
• you will work closely with teachers, counselors, PPT and guardians
• the person appointed to the position will be placed in a position code depending on the requirements for the position, education and experience, cf. law and agreement
• . The unit is based in Trysil

Tasks

• mapping of pupils' needs
• planning, implementation and evaluation of individualized education (individually and in groups)
• contributing to the work with IOP, half-yearly reports and documentation

Qualification requirements

• approved teacher education with a minimum of 60 credits. in special education
• good digital skills
• good Norwegian skills, both oral and written

Desired qualifications

• desirable with experience from working with students with special needs, preferably in upper secondary education
