Valdres Dental Clinic has a vacancy for a 100% temporary position as a dental hygienist for immediate start and with duration until 31.12.2027.

We are looking for you who want to contribute to better oral health in Innlandet county - both through clinical work and outreach efforts. As a dental hygienist with us, you will be an important part of a team that works in new ways, with a particular focus on increased presence in the municipalities. You will combine ordinary dental hygienist tasks at the dental clinic with significantly more time for outreach work.

You will be part of a public health team that works closely with colleagues at the dental clinics. Together, we strengthen health promotion and increase awareness of oral health throughout the county.

About the clinic

At Valdres Dental Clinic, staffing consists of: 3.4 dentist positions, 1.0 dental hygienist position and 4.0 dental secretary/assistant positions.

About the position

• 100% temporary position as a dental hygienist at Valdres Dental Clinic for immediate start and duration until 31.12.2027.
• The dental clinic is a clinic with adult, paying patients in addition to the statutory treatment groups.
• The place of work is Valdres Dental Clinic, Garlivegen 16, 2900 Fagernes.

Qualifications

• The appointment will be based on an overall assessment based on interview, education, practice and references.
• You should have a class B driver's license and have access to a car.

We require

• Norwegian authorization as a dental hygienist.
• You must be fluent in the Norwegian/Scandinavian language both orally and in writing
• Good communication and presentation skills
