Valdres vidaregåande skule has vacancies for up to 200% permanent teaching positions in Technology and Industry from August 1, 2026.

About the positions

  • up to 200% permanent positions available from 01.08.2026
  • teaching positions with workplace Valdres vidaregåande skule
  • teaching in Kriminalomsorgen Innlandet department Valdres may be relevant in parts of the positions
  • those appointed to the positions will be placed in a position code depending on the requirements for the position, education and experience cf. law and agreements

Tasks

  • teaching program subjects at Vg1 and Vg2 both in the workshop and in the classroom
  • teaching in the workshop in prison may be relevant in parts of the position
  • participate and contribute to the department's and the school's development of the department and the school
  • contact teacher responsibility may be added to the positions
  • individually adapted training may be added to the position

Qualification requirements

  • certificate in mechanical/technological subjects
  • vocational teacher or PPUY education
  • relevant work experience from industry

Desired qualifications

  • experience working with youth
  • competence in machining
