About the position

  • 100% permanent position as a and youth worker with vocational certificate
  • the position is available from 01.August 2026
  • follows the student's school year with time off during school holidays (89% salary)
  • working hours mainly between 07:45 - 15:15, unless otherwise agreed
  • the person appointed to the position will be placed in a position code depending on the requirements for the position, education and experience, cf. legislation and agreements

Tasks

  • take active co-responsibility and initiative to complete tasks
  • tasks related to individual students, group and class
  • contribute to ensuring a safe learning environment both in class and in the common areas
  • establish and maintain good relationships with students
  • follow up individual students according to prepared plans
  • contribute with work tasks at open school Wednesday afternoon (prepare food, various activities etc.)
  • provide inspiration and actively contribute to a good learning environment in the group and at school in general

Qualification requirements

  • professional certificate as a child and youth worker

Desired qualifications

  • professional certificate as a child and youth worker, or other relevant experience in professions we recruit for through the educational programs we offer at our school
  • good order and behavior
  • great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability
  • encourages men to apply, to maintain the gender balance in the employee group
