The department has approximately 160 man-years distributed across geographical locations - Elverum, Gjøvik, Hamar, Lillehammer, Tynset, Sanderud and Reinsvoll as well as some district psychiatric centers (DPS).

The department operates production kitchens, local section kitchens, post kitchens and canteens that deliver all meals to patients and employees.

Tasks

• Preparation and serving of food and dinner
• Dishwashing and cleaning - handling of food according to procedures
  

Qualifications

• Professional certificate as a chef
• Experience from similar work will be an advantage, preferably from an institution, canteen or restaurant.
• Applicants with long and varied prior experience within the institution canteen, canteen, restaurant may also be considered
• The applicant must be fluent in written and spoken Norwegian

• Service-minded and professionally concerned with food as an environmental factor for our customers
• Good collaboration skills and love people
• Personal suitability will be emphasized
