What you will do:

• Talk to customers by phone and email
• Register orders and help with simple case management
• Have a dialog with the workshop, store and various partners

We are looking for you who:

• Motivated by goals and like to see the results of your efforts
• Are over 18 years old
• Are independent, positive and put the customer first
• Think of solutions when things get hectic
• Work efficiently and accurately
• Have good Norwegian skills, both written and spoken
• Thrive with PC and telephone as work tools

This is a great opportunity for those who want to build experience in customer service, administration or office work - perfect for students or young people who want to strengthen their CV. Start-up will vary from week 20 to week 25.
