Max is Sweden's oldest and most popular hamburger chain! We started back in 1968 in Gällivare, Sweden. That makes our family business one of the longest-running hamburger chains in Europe. On May 12, 2011, Max opened its first restaurant in Oslo, Norway. Our ambition is the same as it was 50 years ago - to serve the best hamburgers with the best ingredients.

At MAX, working hours vary between day, evening, night and weekend. And at the start of your career, you'll have an experienced colleague by your side, as well as our digital training program that teaches you the job step by step. As a restaurant employee you will:

• Serve guests, provide great service and create world-class service experiences
• Keep the restaurant clean and tidy
• Make great burgers, smoothies and French fries in the kitchen
• Be responsible for the cash register and kitchen so that guests get what they've ordered

How does it work?

When you submit your application, you answer a few selected questions. After submission, you will receive a test on your email. This is a service test that gives us insight into how you handle different situations that may arise during a working day at MAX.

The test takes a maximum of 15 minutes to complete and at the same time gives you an idea of what it's like to work at MAX and what you can expect.

Once you have completed the test, we will review your application and provide feedback as soon as possible. We review applications on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Please note that the service test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process and we do not move forward with candidates who do not complete it.
