The night service in Grue municipality is looking for summer substitutes at night this summer, there is a need from week 26-33.
There is a need for 4 employees, with position sizes from 50% to 80%, depending on the individual's availability and desire for position percentage.

The night service is part of a team consisting of seven employees per night. The service is responsible for follow-up and assignments within the entire health and care sector, which consists of nursing homes, care homes and home care. It is therefore positive that the applicants have a driver's license and are comfortable driving out on assignments in the municipality. The night service is stationed at Grue helsetun

The applications will be considered on an ongoing basis.

Tasks

• Provide services in line with applicable legislation and municipal regulations.
• Ensure proper operation with good quality.
  
• Observe and assess, implement measures, provide treatment and care to patients and users.
  
• Perform professional tasks according to current routines and procedures, ensure good documentation, as well as comply with guidelines and requirements for good comprehensive care.
  
• Ensure good documentation in accordance with guidelines and legislation.
  
• Map, implement and evaluate measures in interdisciplinary collaboration with other colleagues across the service areas, nursing homes / home-based services.
  
• Actively contribute to a safe, health-promoting and inclusive working environment.
  
• Provide practical care with respect for the individual's integrity, self-determination and cultural background

Qualifications

• Assistant nurse, health care worker, care worker, unskilled, college
• Are over 18 years of age
• Students and pupils in health and social care can apply
• Relevant experience is preferred, but is not a requirement
• Driver's license cl.B
• Good knowledge of Norwegian
• Personal suitability will be particularly emphasized
• A valid police certificate must be presented before starting
