We are looking for holiday temps at Solsida for the summer of 2026 in the period 22.06- 16.08.26 (weeks 26-33).
Brief about the unit:
Solsida consists of a dementia department, a department for long-term stay, a department for short-term stay and a department for kitchen and laundry.It is important that you define relevant or desired areas of expertise in your application. As a holiday temp at Solsida, you will work both in a team and independently, and will be jointly responsible for planning and carrying out the daily work of users of our services. You will have the opportunity to work up to 100%, and must be able to work a minimum of 4 weeks during the summer, preferably continuously.
Requirements for competence:
Institution:
For the position as a holiday substitute in an institution, it is required that you have an interest in assisting and helping people with different needs and challenges in everyday activities. It would be an advantage to have some experience and education in health care, but it is not a requirement.
Kitchen:
For a position as a holiday substitute in the kitchen/laundry, the tasks will be washing dishes, packing food, clearing and filling goods and otherwise assisting the kitchen staff with what is needed. In the laundry, independence is required as much of the work is done alone. Efficiency and accuracy will be appreciated.
Personal qualities:
We are looking for positive and committed people with good communication skills. You have good collaboration skills and can work independently. Personal suitability is emphasized.
