Do you want a flexible and exciting summer job this summer?

Stange municipality will be hiring several committed young people aged 15-18 in various positions for the summer of 2026. These young people work in SFO, cleaning, library, health, kindergarten and BUA.

This position will mainly deal with direct follow-up at the workplace, as well as act as a resource for the questions both the young people and the employer should have.

The person we are looking for must see solutions rather than challenges. You must be confident in your communication and must be able to quickly adapt to situations and handle multiple tasks at the same time. Stange municipality encourages people aged 19-23 to apply, and that you are a resident of Stange municipality.

Working hours will be 4 days a week, distributed through the following weeks: 26, 27 and 28.

Tasks

• Follow-up and guidance.
• Be a link between the young people and the project group in Stange municipality and contact person for employees in private employment.
• Help ensure that the young people experience an everyday life filled with meaningful work tasks.
• Writing down feedback from employees during the period, as well as making evaluations.
• Take part in work tasks at the workplace, if necessary.

Qualifications

• You must have good communication skills and not be afraid to ask questions.
• Driver's license class b and you must have your own car.
  

Personal qualities

• Good collaboration skills, flexibility and the ability to plan and manage your own working day in a productive way are a prerequisite.
• You must have an interest in supporting and guiding young people.
• You must be confident in meeting people and be able to show thoughtfulness.
• Ability to motivate others.
• Personal qualities are emphasized.
