Do you want to be part of Kongsvinger municipality's development of health and care services?

We have a need for vacation and on-call substitutes in the short-term department / Cad, somatic and dementia department at Roverudhjemmet. The need applies to day, evening and night, both weekdays and weekends, in the period week 25 - 34. The departments consist of nurses, protective nurses, health professionals and nursing staff. The head of department will be the immediate manager. Please specify in your application which department you would like to work in.

The institutional services unit consists of three nursing homes; Roverudhjemmet, Langelanghjemmet and Skyrud nursing home. Roverudhjemmet consists of up to 55 nursing home places divided into the following departments; three dementia, two somatic and one KAD / short-term department. Our goal is to enable patients to maintain their resources and participate in their own lives despite illness, as well as having an active and meaningful life together with others. We are looking for you who want to help meet this goal for our patients together with committed colleagues while developing professionally!

Substitutes will be recruited on an ongoing basis throughout the call period and until the application deadline expires.


Tasks

  • Providing health care in line with current legal and quality requirements
  • Identifying, initiating and implementing measures with an emphasis on user participation and coping
  • Supervising, teaching and informing patients, relatives, colleagues and other partners

Qualifications

  • Relevant practical experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Generally good ICT skills and willingness to learn relevant systems
  • Good knowledge of Norwegian, both written and oral
