We are now looking for a Front Office employee for [Home Hotel Hammer, Lillehammer] who wants to become part of our family.

As part of our Front Office team at Home Hotel, you are the heart of the guest experience - you welcome, guide and make sure that every stay starts and ends in the best possible way. You create a warm and personal atmosphere where guests truly feel at home. With your energy, attention to detail and natural ability to make people feel valued, you'll help make every stay special.

What the role entails:

• Welcome each guest with a warm and personal touch, making their first and last impressions unforgettable.
• Handle reception duties, from check-in and check-out to booking and guest inquiries.
• Be the natural contact person for guests - offering help, recommendations and everything that creates a homely experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay for each and every guest.

We are looking for summer helpers for both day, evening and night shifts starting by appointment.

Is this you?

• You enjoy creating personal relationships and have a genuine interest in making each guest stay unique.
• You are adaptable, solution-oriented and tackle everything the day brings with a positive attitude.
• You work independently and take initiative, while enjoying being part of a team that supports each other.
• Are you someone to trust?
• You must be fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken

Bonus points for:

• Experience from hotel reception or customer service
• Experience with Mews or other hotel management systems
• That you speak and write Norwegian and English fluently
• That you can handle a high pace and different tasks
• That you are familiar with Lillehammer and the surrounding area
