Øyer municipality wants to offer summer jobs for schoolchildren living in Øyer. The tasks consist of working with the activity week for 5-6 grades and the activity week for 7-10 grades in week 26, which is the first week in the summer vacation.

The activity week is a free summer vacation offer for children and young people living in Øyer. The activity week offers a range of activities, such as such as going on a mountain hike, visiting a water park, climbing park or trampoline park. The activity week aims to be a good, social and inclusive meeting place, where children and children and young people can get to know each other, do fun and perhaps slightly challenging things together.

Tasks

• Work in connection with the municipality's summer vacation offerings for children and young people aged 5th-6th grade and 7th-10th grade
• The work tasks will be to assist the adult leaders with the implementation of the activity week.

Qualifications

• The offer applies to schoolchildren born between 27.06.2007 and 22.06.2011.
• The offer is made to schoolchildren in Øyer municipality who have no other summer job offers.

We offer

• Working hours - up to 35 hours for those under 15 years of age and up to 37.5 hours for those over 15 years of age. Timesheet is delivered after the working week.
• Current working weeks: Week 26 from Monday 23 June to Friday 27 June 2025.
• The working day can vary within the time frame 08.00 - 16.00.
• Those under the age of 16 will be offered to work on the activity week for grades 5-6, while those over the age of 16 will be offered to work on the activity week for grades 7-10.

Anyone who has a paid summer job must apply for an exemption card to avoid having 50% tax deducted.
If you are under the age of 16, your parents/guardians must consent to you working.
