Application due date 31 January 2026
Are you the one?

Intensiv Lillehammer is part of the Department of Emergency Medicine, which consists of emergency department, anesthesia, intensive care and postoperative. The intensive care unit receives all patients in need of monitoring or intensive care, and we have a department with challenging tasks and a high professional level.

We are looking for summer holiday temps, and there is also the opportunity to take shifts during the rest of the year after completing training.

The work task as a holiday temp is preferably responsible for rhythm monitoring of patients on wards with telemetry. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in cardiology, interpreting ECGs and heart rhythms in real time. You will also be part of the active everyday life in the intensive care unit where the poorest patients are treated. Relevant training will be provided in the department, and you will be required to pass practical training and e-learning courses before being given independent responsibility. Being a vacation replacement with us is a good experience that is recommended by former medical students!

Lillehammer Hospital has exciting opportunities when applying for LIS, and a vacation replacement with us can provide a useful network.
